About Noble Roots Support Services

Noble Roots Support Services is an NDIS registered provider built on lived experience. Before we became directors, we spent years working as support workers, supporting participants and families across a range of needs. During that time, we saw the real impact inconsistent care, poor communication, and unsupported workers had on the people who rely on these services every day.

We created Noble Roots because we knew there had to be a better way. A service where participants feel genuinely supported, families feel heard, and support workers are respected, valued, and empowered to deliver meaningful care. Our firsthand experience shaped our purpose: to build a service grounded in compassion, reliability, and trust.

Our name reflects this commitment. “Noble Roots” represents the strong, steady foundation we aim to create for every participant, support that grows from dignity, connection, and long-term stability. We believe that when workers are supported and participants receive consistent, person centred care, people flourish.

As a small, values driven team, we take the time to understand each person’s goals, routines, and preferences. Whether it is support at home, transport to appointments, or community access, we are dedicated to delivering care that is warm, consistent, and truly personalised.
